Making their debut visit to Hastings Traditional Jack in the Green, Frog on a Bike are one of Cambridgeshire’s most established and eminent ceilidh bands. They also have many uk festivals under their belt.
Expect lots of folk-rock juiciness from their distinctively big sound, coupled with a plethora of traditional English and self penned tunes. You won’t be disappointed that you came along for a ride!
Deputising on bass for Frog on a Bike at Hastings is Bryan Hatt; Bryan cut his bass playing teeth on the Suffolk pub live music scene, with years of weekly gigs of driving rock and crowd pleasers. He has turned his hand to ceilidh bass playing with the Dennis Cuddles Starlight Band and loves to reinforce the rhythm.
Bryan entered the folk world a decade ago, and nowadays dances and plays melodeon for two Cotswold Morris sides, local Cambridgeshire side Coton Morris and further afield for Harlequin Morris.
