Three days of continuous musical improvisation and collaboration, taking place during Hastings Fat Tuesday, in a pop-up shop.

Led by members of our team, Otti Albietz, Tom Clarkson and Lucy Mulgan will be joined by Frank Moon, Bev Lee Harling and other guest members of the music community in the music-rich town of Hastings. Anyone is welcome to come in, have a listen, contribute words and thoughts, and stay for as short or long a time as you fancy.

Inspired by the spirit of improvisation that emerged during the first stage of the development of our new opera – Bloom Britannia – our aim is to continue to explore – with music and text – life in a sea-side town, making new connections with local musicians as we do so.

Please note this event is taking place in a currently closed shop – the old Trading Post shop – opposite Argos!
