Dr. Jules is a vocalist/pianist who made his name in northern Germany as a club and band musician and vocalist. His style can best be described as Elton John meets Marc Cohn, and has the voice to go along with it. He has been living for several years in the Hastings area and recently he has been hosting Open Mic evenings along with his partner in music James Friis Lawrence. Today he is being backed up by local drumming hero Jason Mark Smith, formerly of Stormy T and Bluesman’s lane, playing many favourite tunes from the likes of Elton John, Billy Joel, Supertramp, Sting and many more….and even some of Dr. Jules’ own tunes.
