14:00 (Assemble in small groups – max 12-15, folk who arrive late can join any group) –

Check-ins and a general introduction to the Extinction Rebellion

14:40 (Gather as one group) –

XR Hastings & St Leonards, ongoing meetings, reports about actions past and planned

15:15 (Split into activity groups) –

Breakout into self-organised groups to plan manifestations. These working parties or affinity groups (depending on size and purpose), might focus on the following: Planning actions, Media & Messaging, Well-being and Legal.
