Following the fabulous success of our first Film School last year, we are very excited to announce it’s return for 2019!

The project is a brilliant, interactive and practical introduction to film making. You will build confidence, meet new people, learn new skills and make short films… all in five days! All you need to bring is your imagination!

Embark on a whistle-stop tour of film skills, including screen acting, directing, writing, camera work while you plan, shoot and edit short films in our lovely theatre and venture out on location (weather permitting!).

Work in small groups and choose the genre of your films, then decide the extras you would like to feature in your productions, anything from sound and visual effects, music, costumes to stage combat!

On day five, you will run an awards ceremony and world premiere of your films for your family and friends, then get to take away a copy of your finished film to keep forever!

Dates: Mon 28 October – Fri 1 November
Fees: £120 (20% sibling discount) to include a DVD of finished films.
