It’s a sad day at Beak & Tail today as we say fair well to Josh Blanch. He’s been a crucial part of the team since the day we opened and he will be deeply missed. His quick wit, accident prone, hard working, class clown ways will be sorely missed by us all. But we wish him all the best for 2024 and hopfully one day we’ll see him back at Beak & Tail .
