SPANISH ACORN-FED IBERICO SECRETO
This is one of the best cuts of meat in the entire counter. Known as the wagyu of pork, the Black Iberian Pig is the best breed of pig in the world, pure bred acorn-fed Iberico is only bred in Spain and pockets of Portugal.
