6 Beak & Tail Burger patties
3 gherkins (finely chopped)
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
Dash of smoky chipotle sauce
Dash of Lea & Perrins
1 tsp Jack
Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Set aside. Chop up a few onions and add into a pan with a tbsp of butter and a teaspoon of sugar. Cook down until they’re lovely and caramelised.
Get your burgers on a hot grill and brush with American mustard (turning halfway) and covering the other side. Toast your brioche buns for a minute on the grill. Top your bun with your Big Mac sauce and burgers (top with your caramelised onions) and anything else you fancy!
