The force is strong with this one. This young padawan ( aka Spike Harris ) started his butchery career pretty much a year ago to the day!!!! What he’s picked up and honed as a skill in this time is truly amazing. Starting where every butcher does… the sink + coffee/tea station. The next step is always mixing sausages and pressing out burgers.
