In the mood for something a little trad and refined? Well, it’s time to crash into some old school Claret. This beauty from Chateau La Tour de By is a classic left bank (Médoc) Bordeaux with eight years on the clock (three in barrique) at a fabulous price. Cabernet dominant, you get blackberries, plums, light cassis, refreshing cedar and warming spice.
