When we started getting loads of requests for sparkling red we just rolled our eyes and wondered why. 🙄 But after digging a bit deeper we discovered that they’re not all sweet and sickly and we introduced this off-dry Salamino – a traditional Lambrusco made with minimal intervention.
With gentle bubbles and flavours of rich dark fruit, concentrated blackcurrants and blackberries it’s now one of our current faves. Low alcohol and very versatile. Available by the glass this Saturday and definitely one to try if you fancy something a bit different this weekend.🍷
