It’s been a very busy summer with lots of hurdles to overcome as a small independent business from staffing to price increases and Reopening after surgery which was a huge challenge to quickly employ a new team.
I could not have achieved this without such wonderful customers and our team of young people (and young at heart) who have skilled themselves up and coped when dealing with some difficult and daunting situations
We are so grateful to the people who stuck with us when we first reopened and who have supported us throughout giving us face to face feedback positively and constructively.
We all make mistakes and I doubt a lot of people know our kitchen is just staffed with me and a kitchen assistant employed at the weekends making the volume of food provided quite impressive but if we are busy there is a delay.
Positive feedback tends to be in person whilst negative critique is posted online and so we hope you can consider leaving us a review on Google if you have had a good experience with us and equally let us know if there is a problem to give us the opportunity to correct any shortfalls before opting for review sites which really do determine whether people opt to visit us or not.
Your positive feedback online through Google or Tripadvisor would really help us and help others to decide whether they want to visit.
