£24,258 to £25,948 per annum
(cost of living increase pending in September 2022)
We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Head Chef to join our team at ESCG. As Head Chef you will have previous experience at the same level or similar. You will have first-class organisational and communication skills and the ability to motivate, inspire and manage the team to produce food to the highest standards and run our kitchen efficiently. You will have the knowledge to manage and lead a team in all aspects of staff management, including personal development and appraisals. You will be passionate about food, demonstrating creativity by producing innovative menu ideas and delivering great quality products.
While working as a Head Chef you will gain a vast cross-section of transferable skills such as organisation, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, diligence, and attention-to-detail that can be utilised in many roles and industries.
