Hospitality and Catering students studying at ESC’s Eastbourne campus are supporting the local community by hosting a four-week pop-up brunch cafe in partnership with Eastbourne Foodbank.
The cafe was hosted at Gateway Christian Church in Hampden Park on Monday morning, and will be for the next three Monday’s! The students created a menu featuring a cooked meat breakfast, a vegetarian breakfast, and a fruit smoothie.
