This week is Mental Health Awareness Week (15th- 21st May 2023). East Sussex College strives to provide an exceptional support system to all students and staff.
The College has specialist staff who are well-equipped to support students with their wellbeing including mental health, issues with home life, or advice about staying healthy.
The Mental Health Foundation has announced that this year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 is anxiety, and with the pressures of exams just around the corner, we encourage you to reach out for support if you need and check in on those around you.
