Some of you know, some of you don’t but the whole reason L2K exists is due to Rheumatoid Arthritis!
WHAT??!?!?!? you say… YES!!

Let me explain… I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 25, right after moving to the UK. I was kind of expecting it as my mum suffers from it and myself and my sister were her main carers growing up.

I was 25 years old, and I will never forget how my Specialist Doctor told me I would be in a wheel chair by the time i reached 35!

Well, not only did I not end up in a wheelchair at 35, as 35 years old was the age I finally decided to stop teaching and dedicate myself to juicing as a job, after having stopped my RA medication 2 years prior.

Now, mind me, this is not to say that juicing will cure your RA, not even close and I’m no doctor, so please don’t blindly follow my advise, but changing the way I cared for my health really made a difference in how my chronic illness would manifest.

So I changed everything, I adopted a plant-based diet, I started cold water exposure (Wim Hof Method) and I started using Fruit and Veg as medicine, and GUESS WHAT??

IT CHANGED MY LIFE!!

Now I’m completing my diploma in Health Coaching from the @CollegeforNaturopaticmedicine and opened 3 L2k’s to show people that food is not just delicious, IT CAN BE MEDICINE TOO!
