For those of you who haven’t tried it, babka is a yeasted baked good, originally made by Jewish communities in Eastern Europe. It’s best described as ‘breadier than cake, cakier than bread!’

Traditional flavours include cinnamon and chocolate but Pasha has developed some exciting seasonal flavours as well. If you like cinnamon buns, we reckon you’ll love babka!

We’ll be offering @pharmacie_coffee_roasters coffee and @postcardteas as usual –served hot, iced or with ice cream. A nice choice of babka accompaniments 😊🔥❄️🍨

PS How beautiful is the @hthchurch / @transitiontownhastings garden looking at the moment! Grateful to have such green fingered neighbours 🪴🌷🌻
