Capybaras actually do hang out with chickens, because they’ll hang out with anyone. Other creatures instinctively sit with them, or indeed on them, and lovely obliging capybaras allow it. I used to draw them a lot when I was a child, and I’m fully in the throes of a capybara renaissance. I LOVE THEM AND I MUST HAVE ONE.
The cock was intended to be The Gaudy Cockerel of @theyard.waterworksroad, but the limitations of my ability quickly became clear and I was unable to convey his magnificent feathery bulk; so I present, in honour of The Gaudy Cockerel, a plain old cockerel.
