June’s Hastings Makers Market is less that a week away! It’ll be held between 12pm and 5pm on the 11th and 12th of June at The Yard, Waterworks Road, TN341RT.
We’re obviously bias, but it’s going to be amazing. There are too many stall holders to list (we genuinely run out of space in the caption!) We’re so spoilt to have so many local makers and creatives, what better way to spend a weekend than visiting them all! There’ll be locally grown plants, babka (our personal favourite), hand thrown pottery, fresh cheese, artists, creatives, vintage clothes, kitchenalia and paraphernalia for starters.
It’s the best opportunity to support local makers and creatives and the perfect excuse to buy yourself a present (edible or otherwise).
To make the weekend even better, there are two other events happening at the same time.
@the_depo_hastings is hosting a curated selection of sustainable makers. With children’s shoes, vintage clothes, hand dyed wool and beautiful sheepskin slippers all on offer.
And of course, it OG of markets for creatives the wonderful @thepopupemporiummarkets. They’ll be hosting a huge selection of different makers over both days. With such a high standard of work, you’ll really be missing out if you don’t visit.
