@smallbatchbabka EASTER MENU! Hello, very pleased to introduce you to my Easter Menu for this year. There are two babka wreaths (both available as vegan) and the option to have both flavours as buns in a mixed babka bun box of 8 (4 of each flavour).
Option 1: THE LAMB 🐑 – lemon and blueberry with a blueberry compote and lemon filling. Topped with a tangy lemon syrup, homemade lemon curd, lemon buttercream and homemade meringues.
Option 2: THE CHICK. 🐣Classic dark choc filling (with milk choc chunks). Once out of the oven, I then inject a rich choc creme patisserie (aka custard) into the top of the babka, finished with splodges of silky smooth dark choc ganache frosting, more choc custard and mini eggs!
Ordering will open tomorrow for delivery or collection on Saturday April 8th. I would have liked to offer Friday but with the mountain of prep these flavours entail and working mon-thurs, it’s just not possible. Ordering goes live tomorrow for these but I will be offering PRIORITY ORDERING to mailing list subscribers tonight (so if ya wanna order, sign up to my mailing list!)
