Featuring this autumnal bun – maple custard, toasted pecan and golden raisin with a brûléed crunchy topping! Now I’m not usually a fan of raisins but they really work with this bun – kind of like a more cakey autumnal pain au raisin ? Don’t knock it till you try it! 🍁
I’ll be there from 10am with loads of babka buns, babka loaves and some cookies (as I haven’t done cookies for a little while and I’m feeling the cookie urge again!) hope to see you there! 🥰
