Street art transforms Priory Square

It’s hard to forget the blue hoardings that overwhelmed Priory Square.

With the help of Stella Dore Gallery and The Brass Monkey, the hoardings have been completely transformed.

With references to the birthplace of television, the colourful hoardings are attracting a lot of attention and have significantly brightened up an otherwise bland space in the town centre.

To mark the occasion we held a small Street (Art, Music, Food) Day, with tasty Mexican treats from Xochipilli and live music from local young musicians. Lee Murphy captured the day perfectly – view all the photos here.
